Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging trends in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for autonomous systems and decentralized economies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for future-focused research
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and investors through compelling scenario planning
- Curate an internal 'Future Council' to challenge assumptions and foster disruptive thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-oriented initiatives (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech regulation, climate resilience, or metaverse architecture
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technological interactions
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
