- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging market opportunities and disruptor threats
- Produce quarterly trend reports analyzing convergence points of exponential technologies
- Design strategic innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 partners anticipating 2026 market demands
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech deployment
- Establish KPIs measuring technology readiness levels and market adoption velocity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of delivering technology adoption forecasts with 90%+ accuracy
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech innovation publications
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and scenario planning methodologies
