Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and market foresight framework
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on emerging trends
- Produce strategic whitepapers and innovation roadmaps for board-level presentations
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Advise on ethical implications and societal impacts of disruptive technologies
- Present foresight findings at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or strategy publications
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or relevant field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
