- Develop proprietary frameworks for measuring innovation readiness and future impact
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists and build an internal innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year future roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, climate tech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive board experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
