- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite and R&D teams
- Author thought leadership reports published in Nature and MIT Tech Review
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify emerging investment opportunities
- Prototype future-focused solutions using our Innovation Lab's quantum resources
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 board members and government bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to market leadership
- Deep network within DARPA, IEEE, and global innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in Python, R, and futures modeling tools
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global engagements
