- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership at industry conferences

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
