- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional sprints prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Design exponential growth roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (Web4, Neural Interfaces, Climate Tech)
- Partner with C-suite to future-proof organizational architecture and talent models
- Author industry-shaping whitepapers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with 30% allocated to moonshot projects
- Mentor internal 'Future Labs' incubating disruptive ventures
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with demonstrable impact on Fortune 500 futures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (portfolio required)
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record scaling moonshot initiatives from concept to market
- Deep network in DARPA, Singularity University, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis platforms (GPT-4, Palantir)
- Experience leading remote global innovation teams across 5+ timezones
