Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Design innovation frameworks integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to shape 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for trend acceleration and scenario planning
- Represent Nexus at Davos, CES, and UN Innovation Summits
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Track record of implementing futuristic strategies in Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global collaboration)
- Portfolio of 3+ major innovation initiatives launched since 2020
