Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to develop actionable 2026 innovation frameworks
- Design and execute strategic blueprints for future-proofing organizational capabilities and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts targeting 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking innovation maturity and future-readiness across all business units
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and secure buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting with proven 2026+ foresight experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) or equivalent
- Experience leading high-impact teams in matrixed, global environments
