Responsibilities

- Develop and implement cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to build adaptive strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Champion corporate foresight initiatives across all business units
- Translate complex future insights into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies' commercial viability and ethical implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, corporate foresight, or technology consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
