Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and publish annual Future State Reports with data-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligning emerging opportunities with corporate objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and marketing
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks for trend validation
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and board members with compelling narratives
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators to assess future risk landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and market trend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning work
