Responsibilities
- Develop and execute forward-thinking innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch next-gen products and services
- Build strategic partnerships with industry disruptors and research institutions
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify competitive threats/opportunities
- Drive adoption of futuristic methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or business models
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Portfolio of published futurist work or patented innovations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
