- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts affecting 2026
- Architect and execute innovation roadmaps for next-generation products and services
- Champion design thinking workshops to prototype solutions addressing future human needs
- Partner with R&D teams to develop minimum viable products for 2026 market entry
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects with $2M+ annual budgets
- Build and lead a dedicated innovation lab team of 8-12 specialists

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic foresight
- Proven track record leading teams in exponential technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and future trend methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Innovation Strategy, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovations launched in the last 5 years
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile/Scrum, or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
