Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Architect innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in climate tech, biotech, and digital transformation
- Present executive briefings to C-suite stakeholders on emerging risk/opportunity scenarios
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with cross-functional R&D teams
- Publish thought leadership in partnership with MIT Technology Review and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic frameworks for Fortune 100 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Oxford)
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
