- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with R&D, product, and design teams
- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' analyzing disruptive technologies' market impact
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire early-stage startups
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking future-readiness across 15 business units
- Present future-vision keynotes at global innovation summits
- Mentor 'NextGen Futures' talent development program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging tech roles
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
