Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough technologies with real-world applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethical technology adoption frameworks and governance protocols

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
