Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap focusing on quantum-AI convergence and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive ethical frameworks for 2026-era technologies including AGI and synthetic biology
- Manage R&D budget allocation for high-impact innovation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 5+ year foresight impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or neuro-technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating delivery of at least two industry-shaping innovations
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Studies)
- Track record of securing >$5M in R&D funding for experimental initiatives
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation or technology journals
