Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-vision strategic roadmaps across product, service, and operational domains
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-state innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and marketing teams to prototype and validate 2026 concepts
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term innovation impact and ROI
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-year transformation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (preferred)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFP) or equivalent experience
