Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market forecasts and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum solutions for enterprise clients
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in tech ethics and regulation
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors securing $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record launching products with 10M+ user bases or $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Experience navigating global regulatory landscapes (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/C++/R) and data modeling tools
