Responsibilities
- Architect and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven automation and quantum computing applications
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, biocomputing) into production systems
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future technology adoption
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and sustainable tech
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough technology products
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong background in systems architecture and distributed computing
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals or conference proceedings
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps methodologies
