Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech planning with quantum/AI specialization
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future tech ethics
- Proven track record scaling experimental technologies to commercialization
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030 framework
