Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic institutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $10M+ R&D budget oversight
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab team of 12+ specialists
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
