Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for 2026-era digital infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams developing AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption timelines
- Develop ethical AI implementation guidelines for regulated industries
- Prototype quantum computing interfaces for commercial applications
- Strategic partnership development with academic research institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading technical teams in emerging technologies
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum/AI convergence
- Expertise in at least two quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms (PoS, DAG)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused technology implementations
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
