Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends such as Agentic AI and Edge Computing.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can handle millions of concurrent users with zero latency.
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary machine learning models to enhance product intelligence.
- Mentor and cultivate a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning among engineering staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and data scientists.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical architecture audits to ensure security and compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architectural leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Demonstrated success in deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
