Responsibilities
- Architect scalable technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market needs
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing and advanced AI systems
- Drive innovation sprints with cross-disciplinary teams (engineers, designers, data scientists)
- Develop patent-pending solutions for autonomous infrastructure systems
- Present strategic tech visions to C-suite stakeholders and venture partners
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technologies
- Ensure all projects align with ESG 2030 compliance standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record delivering quantum/AI projects at scale
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Expertise in federated learning and neuromorphic computing
- Strong background in sustainable tech development
- Experience with agile methodologies for complex R&D projects
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals advantageous
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs
