Qualifications

- Expertise in federated learning, homomorphic encryption, and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of leading $10M+ digital transformation programs
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global tech policies
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and distributed ledger architectures
