Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and megatrend identification
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops for climate adaptation, AI governance, and space colonization
- Design organizational resilience models for systemic disruptions (quantum computing, bioengineering, etc.)
- Translate future insights into innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 2026 milestones
- Present strategic narratives to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with executive storytelling
- Build and lead a global foresight network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
- Integrate ethical foresight principles into all strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and sustainability frameworks
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional facilitation skills for diverse stakeholder groups across geographies
- Published thought leadership in futures publications or conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning work for complex global challenges
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP from APF) preferred
