Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable AI systems targeting the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Research and prototype novel neural network architectures capable of advanced reasoning and autonomous learning.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to integrate futuristic interfaces (AR/VR) with backend AI logic.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in model deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Drive the technical vision for large-scale data pipelines and high-performance computing clusters.
- Present architectural roadmaps and technical demos to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems that scale to millions of users.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and high-performance computing.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
