Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Machine Learning or equivalent experience
- 5+ years leading AI research teams at FAANG-scale companies
- Published 20+ papers in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS/ICML)
- Expertise in transformers, reinforcement learning, and MLOps
- Proven track record deploying production AI systems
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation
