- Create transparency protocols for automated decision-making systems

- Present ethical compliance reports to board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics consulting, or responsible AI roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven experience designing bias detection algorithms
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google AI Principles)
