Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for next-generation neural networks and autonomous systems
- Conduct preemptive ethical audits of machine learning models deployed in high-stakes industries
- Lead stakeholder workshops with engineers, policymakers, and ethicists to align on 2026 AI standards
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and advise on compliance
- Design bias mitigation protocols for generative AI systems influencing critical infrastructure
- Publish thought leadership on AI ethics in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with focus on AI ethics
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, regulatory affairs, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neuromorphic architectures
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI (XAI)
- Certification in ISO/IEC 42001 or similar AI management systems
- Experience working with multinational ethics committees and regulatory bodies
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing of machine learning pipelines
