Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary generative models, including LLMs and diffusion models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, model deployment, and MLOps.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, including Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing, and evaluate their applicability to our products.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs without sacrificing accuracy.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
