Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models into real-time autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to optimize algorithms for hybrid classical-quantum environments.
- Ensure system reliability and security compliance for critical infrastructure projects.
- Drive the technical roadmap for '2026 Readiness,' identifying emerging technologies like Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on AI/ML or distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern cloud orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and vector databases.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
