Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming shipments with accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyor belts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Perform basic inventory counts and stock organization as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience or specific education is required; we train you!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
