- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Operate pallet jacks and conveyor systems safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflows
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Reliable transportation to 7 AM start times
- Pass mandatory background check and drug screen
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in climate-controlled environments
