Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and making informed purchase decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean and inviting at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
