Responsibilities
- Receive hands-on training in warehouse operations, safety protocols, and inventory management
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized and efficient storage areas in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
