As a key member of our weekend operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly and our customers receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, sorting, and stocking operations with precision and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Prepare and package merchandise for shipment, ensuring accurate labeling and secure wrapping.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies using our WMS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and verifying freight accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday & Sunday) with holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver’s license (not always required but a plus).
