Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load and unload trucks, utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts to move inventory efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and storing merchandise while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment using proper packaging materials, ensuring all items are secure and labeled correctly.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors immediately to maintain high standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Immediate Availability: Must be available to start work tomorrow or within 24-48 hours of application.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and perform physical labor in a warehouse setting.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
