Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from delivery trucks using manual pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Stock incoming merchandise accurately and organize warehouse shelves to maintain a tidy workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items are correctly labeled and stored.
- Customer Service: Assist in processing returns and handling customer inquiries regarding orders.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work overtime as needed.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk on various surfaces.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a clean background check.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills required.
- Attitude: A positive, eager-to-learn mindset is essential.
