What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your primary focus will be on accuracy and efficiency in our supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock with high attention to detail.
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems safely.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
