Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock within the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction and meet deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery safely (training provided on site) and perform routine equipment checks.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals and maintain workflow.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We welcome applicants with no prior warehouse experience; training is provided.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and move around the warehouse.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning barcodes and handling inventory.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be willing to submit to a background check.
- Basic Math: Ability to read labels, scan barcodes, and perform basic calculations accurately.
