Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely move merchandise from trucks to storage areas using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Packaging: Properly package and label items to ensure safe delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counting and organizing inventory to maintain accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Cleaning: Maintain a tidy work area to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not strictly required.
