As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly during peak hours. Whether you are unloading trucks, organizing inventory, or preparing orders, you will be part of a fast-paced environment where every task matters.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments: Safely move packages and goods from delivery trucks to storage areas using dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock merchandise accurately to maintain high inventory accuracy standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and precision to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect equipment and work areas for safety hazards and perform basic maintenance checks.
- Adherence to Safety: Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and dependability in previous work or academic settings.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Communication Skills: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- No Experience Needed: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
