Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and timely manner.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Willingness to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
