Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely under supervision.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely distribution to our clients.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Eager to learn and willing to work hard in a fast-paced physical environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baltimore location.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
