Responsibilities
- Participate in paid on-the-job training for warehouse operations, safety protocols, and equipment handling
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and storing inventory with attention to accuracy
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing certification
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- No experience required; training is fully paid and provided on-site
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Valid government-issued ID and work authorization
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
