Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package customer shipments in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Maintain organized inventory storage zones using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipment deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Support loading/unloading of freight trucks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy (training provided for warehouse systems)
- Reliable weekend availability (must work both Saturday and Sunday)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Valid government-issued photo ID for onboarding
