Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock checks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic data entry systems.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
