Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate material handling equipment to load and unload trucks and trailers in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning, sorting, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Learn to operate forklifts and pallet jacks under supervision.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are preferred over prior experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Punctual with a track record of consistent attendance.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read a scale and count accurately.
